Experience the smooth silky taste and intoxicating aroma of our brand new Sugarlicious sugarpaste. Sugarlicious not only tastes great but it is made using only prime grade materials like the best grade of Tragacanth out there, that enable you to achieve a smooth and delicate texture on your cakes and to easily correct any imperfections! Made with the professional in mind it feels just as natural for the hobbyist decorator as it allows time for all your corrections and finishing touches before drying up. Its amazing quality allows you to use a 'cut and smoothen' style of work as opposed to high elasticity sugarpastes. Cut your paste at the corners and use a smoother to even out the cut. The edges glue together like it was never cut in the first place!

Ingredients: Sugar, glycose syrup, palm kernel oil, water, potassium sorbate, gum tragacanth, glycerol, citric acid, flavor.

Gluten free,

Nut free,

Dairy free,

Suitable for vegeterians, vegans, Kosher and Halal

Container: 250gr.

Instructions: Knead the paste as much as possible before opening a sheet and working with it, especially during the colder months. This enables the quality ingredients in the paste to come to their working temperature where their characteristics can perform optimally!

Preservation Instructions

  • After opening, always keep the fondant wrapped in its original PE bag
  • Store in a cool and dry environment away from direct sun light. Sugarpaste should be stored near 25 degrees. In no case should it exceed 30oC as its fats may melt and separate, causing it to spoil. At the lower limit there is no problem provided it comes up to 25oC gradually within several hours so that the materials do not undergo SHOCK. Additionally, if it's cold when you try to knead it you'll just need more time and effort for no reason. So, if you store it in a cold place (No fridge needed) you should leave it alone to thaw to 25oC in order to start working with it, while if you store it in a warm place it should not exceed 30oC.
  • Don't mix it with a large quantity of starch as it is a humectant which will strip it of its moisture and make it BREAK. Very, very little is enough. Ig you have to add something to your surface because you work in a hot environment, you can preferably add our very fine confectioner's sugar (Codes SGL071+SGL070) (coarse sugar is even worse than starch). It is preferable to work it close to room temperature (25oC) and on a special anti-stick plastic surface like the one we offer for this very purpose (Code 92636306).
