Designed to dry completely firm while at the same time allowing enough time to finalise your designs.

Suitable for all piping nozzles starting from Νο.00! Perfect for those cookies with piping designs.

With its ultra rich density, soft and silky smooth texture, and a great taste you will not want to stop using it.

Made in Greece only with the finest grade materials and love!

Ingredients: Sugar, albumen, citric acid, Colorants: E124, E122, E102.

Instructions: Pour the product in the mixer and add 40-50gr water (about 5-6 tablespoons).
First stir at low speed and gradually increase to high until it becomes smooth with a firm texture. To make it less dense, just add more water gradually until your liking.

Net Weight: 500g.

Preservation Instructions

• After opening, always keep the fondant wrapped in its original PE bag
• Store in a cool and dry environment away from direct sun light
