Ingredients: Sugar, albumen, citric acid, Colorants: Vegetable carbon.
Instructions: Pour the product in the mixer and add 40-50gr water (about 5-6 tablespoons). First stir at low speed and gradually increase to high until it becomes smooth with a firm texture. To make it less dense, just add more water gradually until your liking.
Net Weight: 500g.
Preservation Instructions
• After opening, always keep the fondant wrapped in its original PE bag
• Store in a cool and dry environment away from direct sun light
