Heart Shaped baking ring (Cerchi) by Decora, made from super thick stainless steel without welding points!

Suitable for the preparation of semifreddo, mousses, ice cream cakes, and for the baking of pastry and sponge cake layers. Especially great for baking since due to the thickness of the steel walls the dough is bakes evenly throughout the pan avoiding overcooked and wet spots!

Coupled with the heat diffuser by Decora (code DI10002) they make for star baking results! 

Can also be used as a dough cutter by applying pressure to the uncooked dough.
