At the exhibition we presented some of our 6000+ items and some new ones like our new macaron stand with code CDMACSTND6 which you can see by clicking on its code above. Use it in a candy bar, in your store's display or in your home events. Its modular design allows for flexible layout, making it a versatile centerpiece for any event.

Another incredible material that you can see in the cake below concerns our edible glitters! Blowing glitter from the top of the cake has become a big trend since last year, and yes, it's this glitter that started it all!
Silvia Mancini, the famous professional cake decorator from the Saracino team was at our booth on Sunday 23/2 where she demonstrated how to create figures with Saracino modeling paste, which you can get supplied from us. It was truly enjoyable to watch her shape the figures with unique speed and mastery!
The level of detail of her big head figures, especially in the eyes, is incredible and gives a unique and expressive result.
But our staff from our own workshop are well accomplished professionals as well!

Many of our cakes had stenciled designs on their sides, mostly made of icing, to add texture. We have created an incredible new collection of unique stencils that easily add an extra element that makes your cake decoration more complete and cohesive. Finally, did you notice how perfectly smooth and straight all of our cakes were, no matter how tall they were? How natural the fabric-like bow looks and how thinly its leaf is opened?
To achieve this, however, in addition to good craftsmanship, we also used the right materials. And the most suitable material to make perfect cakes, really easily and quickly, is the SmArtflex sugar paste. This sugar paste is ideal for tall cakes and small figures. It is not cheap in price, but when you want to make a tall cake, this is the sugar paste you want to have as your ally, as due to its incredible elasticity it will never tear at the corners and will give you the ability to cover your cake with a large open sheet in one motion and in 3-4 minutes with the sanders you are done. Ultimately, due to the time you will save in layering, is it not cheaper and more effective to have the right sugar paste, which also makes a uniquely smooth surface, incredible colors and does not get wet in the refrigerator?
