A large Italian company with literally thousands, high quality pastry and sugarcrafting products from which we have already brought close to 200 prodcuts that we were either missing or are complementary to our range. EDIBLES
From the edible range of Decora we have imported the Macaron Mixes in all 7 available colors (White (which you can color with any paste colors) and at the same price Green, Red, Violet, Yellow, Brown and Pink and also the Meringue mix! They are all easy to make (recipre follows), extra tastyyy and most importantly Uber Healthy, with purely natural colorants (beetroot, curcumin etc), without any hydrogenated fats!
Recipe for the Decora Macarons
Preparation:
- Mix 250g of the mixture and 50-60g of water in a mixer for 7-10 minutes on medium speed, until you have a smooth and homogeneous mixture. Transfer the mixture to a piping bag and with a round nozzle of large diameter (16-18 mm) e.g. NZ2R, NZ3R, form small uniform disks on a macaron baking surface i: our codes FRFMAC and DI10054.
- Let the mixture sit for 120 minutes until a light crust forms on the macarons' surface.
- Place in the oven and bake at 135 °C (convection ovens) or 150 °C (resistance ovens) for 15 min.
- Voila!
One pack is enough for 35 whole macarons Ø3.5 cm.

However, Decora's range of polycarbonate chocolate molds is one of the richest we have seen and so we decided to bring you these beatutiful designed molds and most importantly at very affordable prices.
