Ice Pack for the Modular 

35cm Insulated Cake Transport Box

This ice pack although optional in our opinion is the most important part of the 35cm modular box in the sense that it keeps the box cool so that your food stays fresh for as long as possible. It is held in place by the ice pack accessory compartment (Ref. TFB 12083) and provides optimal cooling of the modular 35cm cake transport box. It adds no external height of your box. 

This compartment can also be placed vertically in your box if it has the necessary frame numbers to reach its height, but it will not work as effectively as cold air dips lower so its more ffective to be placed on the top. The black color exudes elegance, enhancing the overall presentation feel.

With dimensions of 325 x 265 x 25mm or GN 1/2, this ice pack can achieve -12oC for some hours effectively storing meat, fish, fresh produce, wines and spirits, cakes and more! size Freeze to -18°C to keep it cooling your box for a long time!

It is filled with gel so that no bubbles and thus no gaps form in it for even cooling across its area. This also allows it to be frozen in horizontal or vertical position. It is dishwasher safe to 85oC (185oF) and its sports a built in handle and very durable housing. It also has distance knobs on its outside surface so as to allow the air to flow unimpeded between stacks of ice packs in order to allow even and optimal freezing of them. Finally it has ridges at its two ends so as to easily fit in the rails of frontloader boxes.
