The flat edge is perfect for using on the sides of taller cakes and for those sharp corners.
These practical tools are lightweight and wide enough to hold comfortably. Each smoother has 2 rounded and 2 squared edges and allows you to smooth one side whilst firmly holding the opposite side with the other smoother, preventing hand and fingerprints from being left on your cake.
