Easily bake donuts at home with this FunCakes baking mix.
Only add water and oil for delicious, perfectly shaped and moist donuts.
The donuts can be baked in the oven or fryer.
Content: 500g.
Preparation: For the best result prepare in a fryer. Ingredients need to be at room temperature. Knead 500 g mix, 215 ml water and 65 ml (55 g) of vegetable oil with a mixer with dough hook during 5 minutes. Roll out the dough to a thickness of approx. 5 mm. Cut out the donuts and let rest for 25 minutes. Preheat the fryer to 180°C or the oven to 200°C (convection oven 180°C).
Frying: Bake the donuts for approx. 90 sec per side until golden.
Oven: Put the donut in the donut pan and bake the donuts for approx. 12 minutes until golden.
Coat the donuts with melted butter and decorate as desired. With 500 g of mix you can bake 12-24 donuts, depending on the size and thickness.
Ingredients: wheat flour, sugar, modified starch, raising agent: E450, E500, vegetable oil and fat (turnip), wheat gluten, salt, emulsifier: E471 (palm), E472e (sunflower, rapeseed), thickener: E466, flavouring, enzymes (wheat).
