What do you need to add?

All that’s needed is water, eggs and butter to create stunning waffles & pancakes with i78’s gluten-free mix! 

Method:

PREPARATION: For 750 g ready-made mousse: add 100 g powder mixture to 650 ml cream.

For Mousse in silicone molds: Heat 200ml of cream in the microwave or a small saucepan without bringing it to the boil. Add the ready mix and blend with a hand blender for a few seconds. Leave to cool for a few minutes. Whip the remaining 450 ml cream until stiff and mix into the previous mixture. The mixture should remain sufficiently liquid so that it fills the silicone mould with innovative design without any gaps. The mousse can be flavoured as desired: with flavouring pastes such as pistachio, hazelnut or vanilla paste; for a chocolate mousse, melted chocolate can be mixed in (white, whole milk, or dark).

For Mousse as filing: Heat 200 ml of cream in the microwave or a small saucepan without bringing it to the boil. Add the ready mix and blend for a few seconds with a hand blender. Allow to cool to 30° C. Whip the remaining 450 ml cream until stiff and mix in the previous mixture. Continue to whip the mixture until the desired consistency is reached.

The mousse can be flavoured as desired: with Saracino flavouring pastes such as pistachio, hazelnut or vanilla paste; for a chocolate mousse, melted chocolate can be mixed in (white, whole milk, or dark). The mousse is suitable for filling cupcakes, cakes, etc. The remaining product can be stored tightly sealed at room temperature for about 30 days. Full instructions on inside of packaging.

INGREDIENTS: Sugar, glucose syrup, maltodextrine, gelatin, modified potato starch, corn starch, thickeners: hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose, carrageenan; flavoring, acidity regulator: citric acid. Origin of sugar: EU and non-EU. 

May contain: milk proteins, eggs, soy beans, nuts. 

Store at room temperature in a dry place. Do not expose to changes in temperature or heat source.
