Celebration Set - Set of 3

Set of 3 Celebration set cutters perfect to add extra detail to your creative projects. Set includes 2 banners, one plain and one that reads 'a new baby!' and a baby bootee cutter. Simply pop the cutter in your JEM roller pad, grease the cutter with JEM petal base, pop your paste over the top and roll your rolling pin over the back of the cutter to achieve a neat, clean cut out. Cutters measure - banners 99 x 43mm (4 x 1 3/4 inches) and bootees 46 x 45 mm (1 3/4 x 1 3/4 inches)
