Wilton Paramount Crystals are designed to blend easily and act as a melting aid for chocolate, candy, carob and yoghurt coatings. They improve fluidity, make tempering faster and more reliable, and help prevent seizing.

They stabilise buttercream in warmer conditions and help create crumbly pastries and cookies with just the right amount of crunch.

Preparation method
Add 3–5g (1 tsp) per 100g of product. Add gradually, stirring between each addition until the desired consistency is reached.
