The AIRMAT Series consists of Microperforated silicone mats with a fiberglass core perfect for baking eclairs, cookies, cream puffs, petits-fours, bread and pizza.
Thanks to the perforation, heat spreads evenly throughout the mats’ surface, guaranteeing a perfect baking both on the top and at the basis of the preparations. Microperforated silicone mats can be also used as supports when freezing; they are non-slip and non-stick.
This is a special version of the mat specific for baking Εclairs and Choux due to its markings for placing them onto the mat in the correct spacing needed to bake correctly.
