ProGel Baby Blue - ProGel® Concentrated Food Colour ProGel® concentrated colours by Rainbow Dust Colours are the new standard for food colouration.

Highly concentrated, only the smallest amount of ProGel® is required to give a deep rich colour to your creations, meaning that our tubes last a long, long time!

Simply add a small amount to your sugarpaste, marzipan, buttercream etc and watch it transform into your desired colour as it is mixed in.

Label Claims Nut Free, GM Free, Gluten Free, Suitable for Vegetarians, Certified Kosher, Suitable for Halal Diets.

2021 New Progel Formula:

Our development team have focused on achieving pigment rich colours with an ‘improved’ consistent viscosity - so the thicker and harder to dose colours are now easy to use, whilst the thinner more fluid colours will be easier to store.

• We have discontinued the less popular colours: Sunflower, Tangerine, Poppy, Terracotta & Khaki. These will be delisted once current stocks have cleared.

• We have added 3 new shades in response to the popularity of pastel colours: Baby Pink, Lilac & a new paler shade of Baby Blue.

• A few colours have been renamed to better match the shade:

o The ‘old’ Baby Blue is now Sapphire
o Ice Blue is now Azure
o Caramel is now Ochre
o Claret is now Raspberry
o Burgundy is now Wine Red.

• We have changed the dosage instructions: Every product is developed to be used a 3g/1kg of decoration to achieve a match to the colour of the tube so customers can easily identify the best choice for their creations. We have also added the MAXIMUM dosage so you can experiment with deeper colours if desired.

Plus, for colours that are suitable for use in a cake batter as well as a decoration, we have added the maximum dosage that our bake-stable colours can be used for.
