This product consists of a flat base with a handle in order to smooth down and polish your sugarpaste for a professional finish. It has one straight edge to help smooth around the bottom edge of a cake, and one rounded edge for general polishing.

PME Smoother with Round & Square Edges

With one Round & one Square Side you have full freedom of hand movement which helps some people perform better. Others prefer their smoothers both sides squared.

The Sugarpaste smoothers allow you to grind smooth one side, holding firmly against the opposite side with the other smoother, thus eliminating hand and fingerprints on your cake.
