This mold is suitable for use with a range of edible materials such as: pastry, modeling paste or marzipan. You can use both sides of the mold to create either embossed or raised patterns. Instructions for use: Knead pastry or other paste like modeling, marzipan etc until it has the desired flexibility and spread it to a uniform thickness using a roller with rings or slats. Select the side of the shape of the mold you want and place it on your confectionary. Keeping a pastry grinder, pass the entire surface of the mold relatively hard after making sure the entire mold rests on the surface of your paste. Remove the mold to show the pattern and repeat if necessary. Spray your paste with a polish spray to further enhance the look of your decoration. Mold size 15 x 30.5cm.
