The cream can also be used as a insulator layer over your cake when you want to cover the cake with fondant or marzipan.
FunCakes buttercream already has a delicious vanilla flavour, but can be given unique flavour explosions by adding flavour pastes. Add some gel/paste food colouring and your creation is complete!

Preparation: Ingredients need to be at room temperature. For one portion: Mix 150 g of mix with 100 ml water in a bowl. Let it rest for 1 hour. Whip 180 g of softened butter on medium speed for 2 minutes. Add half of the softened butter to the mix and mix until the mixture has been completely absorbed. Add the rest of the butter and mix for another 5 minutes at high speed.
Coverage: One serving of butter cream is sufficient for filling and covering one 20 cm cake, or decorating approx. 12 cupcakes.
